Lucy McRae „Works“ For the last four years I have been working as a Body Architect at Philips Design working within a far future design research team, known as the 'Probes'. The Probes programme accelerates a vision for next generation sensitive technology mounted under the skin, where subcutaneous display can be augmented by human touch. Polar opposite to this work is a collaboration with Bart Hess called Lucyandbart. We describe this as an instinctual stalking of fashion, architecture, performance and the body. We work in a primitive and limitless way, pushing a single material to its extreme. > zurück |
